    Hi Arush,

I am confused. Did you have an active subscription of Office 365 as well?

At https://account.microsoft.com/services page. Which licenses do you see, and if you see can you install Microsoft 364 from there if a subscription is available?

I am eager to hear back from you to find a solution.

If the laptop came with Office Home 2021 and the apps now show Unlicensed, the supported recovery path is to reinstall Office and then activate it again.

    1. Check that the Office license is still associated with the Microsoft account used on the device. Go to Services & subscriptions and confirm the Office product appears there.
    2. If the apps are still installed but not working correctly, completely remove Office first by using the uninstall support tool on the same Windows PC, then restart the computer.
      • The uninstall troubleshooter works for Microsoft 365, Office 2021, Office 2019, and Office 2016 on Windows 10 or later.
    3. Reinstall Office by following the Download and install or reinstall Microsoft 365 or Office 2021 on a PC or Mac steps.
    4. After installation finishes, open Word, Excel, or PowerPoint and sign in with the Microsoft account linked to the Office Home 2021 purchase so activation can complete.

If this happened after a Windows recovery or reset, reinstalling Office also restores missing apps and reactivates Office.

If the license does not appear under Services & subscriptions, that usually means the Microsoft account being used is not the one linked to the Office license.
