how to fix "threats"

Every time, Microsoft defender disrupts my work with a notification; "Microsoft defender has found threats, please take the recommended action" Yes, I've taken the action, scan, quick scan, deep scan, removal, clean threats...... but nothing seems to work and the notifications keeps on coming, piling up. At first, i thought it was a bad installation issue and i reinstalled windows again, but its just the same, threats. Its hard to ignore it, this might be some deep issue. Any idea on how to proceed?

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

    It's hard to tell what exactly happened if we have no idea what the threats is about. So before we proceed further, can you please go to Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Protection history, open the recent threat found notifications and let me know the details?
