Unusual sign in alerts I cannot check because my account is locked now

I received an unusual sign-in alert regarding my Microsoft account. I am concerned that someone may have gained unauthorized access. I would like a security specialist to review my account, check recent sign-in activity, and verify that nobody has changed my security information or recovery methods.

also, I have two accounts. The account I’m referring to is Gmail and I can not log in to check sign in activity. Account got blocked and I don’t know how to access customer service without signing in. So I signed in to my outlook account to ask a question. Please help. I really worry about it.
