Artifact Signing identity validation (Public Trust, Organization) pending since 27 Oct, request for status

I submitted an identity validation for an organization on 27 Oct 2026. The phone check is done. Microsoft requested Category 1 documents the same day and we uploaded a signed domain-ownership letter (attempt 1 of 3). The status has stayed in progress since. I can provide the Validation ID if requested. Is there anything else we need to provide, and can someone check the status? Thank you.
