Hi, I have been trying to get my credit back that I have on my Skype account how do I go about getting this please?

You can check your Skype account's billing page to see if your remaining credit is eligible for a refund. If you can't find a refund option, try contacting Microsoft Support and explain that you want to request a refund of your unused Skype credit. Keep in mind that refund eligibility may depend on your account and purchase details.

Unfortunately, unused Skype credit cannot be refunded. You can still use your available credit to make calls to phone number using the Skype Dial Pad site.
