I need a human support agent to look into my Microsoft Rewards account because it has been suspended 3 times now, even though I follow all the rules without using any VPNs or bots. Every time I try to redeem a small gift card, it stays pending for 24 hours and then my account gets blocked right after. Last month it got banned on the 20th and auto-unblocked after 18 days, but when I redeemed another reward on October 20th, it got suspended again the next morning. Submitting tickets to rewards.bing.com/support hasn't worked because I only get standard automated templates or no reply at all, so please escalate this so a real person can review my account and remove this flag.

I can understand your frustration with this but I'm afraid that if they have already replied, even with a template, there would be nothing else that can be done as not even Xbox/Microsoft Support would be able to help with Rewards issues.

Although I understand you've already done this I'm afraid that the only way to get help with this would be via https://rewards.bing.com/support. Only the Rewards Support Team can help with this.
