    Dear Manny,

A charge reference starting with G usually indicates a business (commercial) subscription. These are managed through the Microsoft 365 admin center, not a personal Microsoft account page. When a business subscription is set up, a work account is created in the format user @yourdomain.onmicrosoft.com, which is usually different from your everyday email address.

To find the account, please search any email addresses you may have used, including the Junk and Archive folders, for messages from Microsoft around the date of the first charge. Welcome emails and invoices usually show the account name used to create the subscription, which is the one you'll need to sign in with.

Once you've identified it, sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center and go to Billing > Your products to see what the subscription is for. If you don't need it, you can cancel it from there.

I hope this helps. Looking forward to your reply.
