    Please provide full details on the problem you are experiencing with Microsoft 365, is this a problem using the apps, if so, please provide a screenshot of the error you see indicated and are you using Office on a Windows PC or Apple Mac computer.

    Or if this is a subscription or account problem, please provide full details on that.
