Hi Rashid Almuhairi,
I understand how confusing this is, especially when the account already shows you as an adult organizer but Microsoft or Xbox continues to apply child-account restrictions.
Since the issue also appears on Microsoft or Xbox services, this is more likely related to the account’s recorded age or consent status than to the Family Safety settings stored on the Windows device.
Please first sign in to your Microsoft account profile and confirm that both the date of birth and country/region are correct: Edit your Microsoft account profile
Could you also let me know:
- Where exactly is the account identified as a child, such as an Xbox console, the Xbox website, or another Microsoft page?
- What is the exact error or consent message displayed?
- Is the date of birth editable in the Microsoft account profile?
If the birth date and region are already correct but the restriction remains after 24 hours, the account may need to be reviewed by Microsoft Support. As this is a user-to-user community, contributors cannot access or change the age or consent classification stored on Microsoft’s back-end systems.
You can contact Microsoft Support here: Contact Microsoft Support
When contacting Support, explain that the personal Microsoft account has the correct adult birth date and organizer role but is still being classified as a child across Microsoft or Xbox services. Thank you so much for your understanding.
