Unknown pdf documents on one drive home page

I have just opened my one drive (of which I do not use), and seen a list of disgusting .pdf files listed on my home screen. I have never used this, nor bisited any webpage that would even provide an opportunity to have these documents in my one drive, so my question is where did they come from?

Additionaly, why is it you cannot open a support ticket toi have someone look at this and rectify it!!!!!

Hi, These are because the spammers have added them to your email address, these aren't taking up any space on your PC. You need to delete these under the 'Shared' tab. You will also need to change your password. Microsoft will only provide support to paid customers so we can provide community support.
