Artifact Signing Individual Public validation stalls at Processing after sharing an AU10TIX Verified ID in both Chrome and Edge
I am setting up Azure Artifact Signing Individual/Public identity validation. Azure shows Action Required. My government-issued-ID credential from AU10TIX is present under Verified IDs in Microsoft Authenticator.
I open the Microsoft verification link from the existing Azure request, scan the desktop Present your Verified ID QR code using Authenticator's Verified IDs scanner, select the existing credential, and share it with Artifact Signing. The desktop switches to Processing and does not show Verification Successful. Azure remains Action Required.
This reproduced in both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge on November 4, 2026. I have already tried fully closing/reopening Authenticator and refreshing the presentation page before scanning the current code. The desktop has not shown a specific error. The page's stated expiration date is December 4, 2026, so that date has not passed.
Please advise how to diagnose or recover the Verified ID presentation/callback for this existing request, or arrange a private escalation to the Artifact Signing team. I would prefer to preserve the existing credential/request unless a specific reset is required.
I can supply the request ID, account/resource identifiers, and attempt timestamps through a private Microsoft support channel. I have intentionally omitted those identifiers, ID images, biometric data, OTPs, QR codes, and verification URLs from this public post.
