Trojan:MSIL/Heracles.ARA!MTB threat occurring after restarting/starting the PC

Trojan:MSIL/Heracles.ARA!MTB This threat always appears once I start/restart my pc and the item it effects is always the same (amsi: \Device\HarddiskVolume6\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\MSBuild.exe) and its status is always put as removed or restored.
I have gotten hacked before about 10+ days ago but I had taken all needed actions when it had happened(Full scan/offline scan/deleting newly installed files and such), and I didn't notice anything re-appearing after I have done this for the past few days, but then I found the trojan threat mentioned above appearing everytime I restart/start my PC.

I have tried doing a full scan again and an offline scan to see if there are any remaining threats, I also tried to delete the protection history but the threat keeps re-occurring.

I would really appreciate help on this as I still don't know if the threat is actually present or not or if this is a bug from the protection history.
