Video creation is not available directly in the regular Copilot chat. Open the Microsoft 365 Copilot app, select Apps and more > Create, then choose Create a video. If it is not visible, check under More > Video.
If the option is still missing, please confirm whether you are signed in with a personal Microsoft account or a work/school account. Create a video with the Microsoft Copilot app
