Work or school Microsoft 365 account
Ask your organization’s Microsoft 365 administrator to open the Microsoft 365 admin center → Help & support and create a support request. Microsoft’s contact page provides separate support routes for work accounts, including volume licensing and Unified/Premier support.^1^
If you cannot sign in, use the Personal account sign-in assistance on the same contact page. Support agents cannot send password-reset links or directly change protected account details.^1^
