whenever I open 1 tab and go to another, the first one closes

I am on XBOX and when I try to sign in roblox, I use the email code, problem is, the roblox tab becomes a new one, which makes it impossible to use both gmail for the code and Roblox to enter it, is there any way to fix this? Please tell me how if there is, thank you! I also do not have any other electronics.
