Artifact Signing verification successful, but Azure remains “Action Required”

Individual publisher verification completed in the browser, and the AU10TIX Verified ID card exists in Microsoft Authenticator. Authenticator briefly reported an error. Azure still shows “Action Required,” and reopening the verification link says “This link has been used already.”

Could Microsoft reset the credential-presentation link or reconcile the verification result? Windows signing setup is blocked. Account and request identifiers can be supplied privately.

    Hello,

From what you’ve described, the AU10TIX identity verification appears to have completed, but the result may not yet have been reflected in Artifact Signing.

There have been similar reports where validation remained at Action Required stage and the verification link showed “already used” after successful verification. In at least one reported case, the status subsequently moved to In Progress once the result synchronised.

If yours remains at Action Required, I’d recommend raising an Azure support request so Microsoft can investigate the existing identity validation request. Avoid posting your subscription ID, validation/request ID or identity information publicly. Provide those details privately when the Microsoft Support team requests them.

Hope this helps to get the issue rectified.
