Hi. I paid $99 for a Microsoft G account in Jan of 2026, however, when I try to login it says I do not have an account.

I've tried to login with a variety of potential accounts, and none show a license.

Can you help?

Where did you purchase the license? Was it from the Microsoft website or a third-party seller?

What is the exact product name you bought?

Can you also check this: https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in. Do you see the specific product license listed there?

Hi. It was Microsoft G, charged on my credit card on Jan 26 as well as in Jan of 25. I went into this, and no transaction history shows for the past 12 months. https://account.microsoft.com/servicesI don't recall where I bought it from, but I beleive it was directly from Microsoft.

Are you sure that the product name is "Microsoft G"? I am not aware of such a product from Microsoft (see https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/buy/compare-all-microsoft-365-products).

Thanks for the follow-up. The fact that it is a business account says a bit more. Sounds like a government enterprise subscription. See https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/enterprise/government-plans-and-pricing .

Hmm. My company is not a government entity. How can I find out how to access that? I need to cancel the auto pay on it, and also track down who the the two $99 subscriptions belong to.

Just to clarify, are you signing in with a personal Microsoft account, such as an Outlook.com/Hotmail account, or with a work or school account provided by an organization?

I am signing in with my email addy. I have tried both my work and my personal email addys. They are all tied to each other it seems

Your personal Microsoft account and work or school account are separate accounts. They are not automatically tied together, even if the same email address is used for both.

Do you have any receipt or confirmation email for the $99 payment from January 26?

If so, please check what exact product name is listed and whether the receipt shows any alphanumeric order number, transaction ID, or reference number.

Please do not post the full number here if it contains any personal or payment information. Just let me know what type of reference it shows and the product name.

Sorry, I have no experience with those types of licenses, either. I do know that organization licenses are managed via the admin account and you sign in to https://admin.microsoft.com , if that helps.

Since this may be linked to a business account, please try signing in here with your work email address:

https://admin.microsoft.com

Are you able to open the Microsoft 365 admin center, or do you get a message saying you do not have permission or administrator access?

If you can access it, please check "Billing" > "Your products" and let me know whether the subscription appears there.

If you're trying to contact Microsoft Support via a personal Microsoft account, the only method is via live chat. Otherwise, you can contact them via phone if you're using a Microsoft Business account.
