I purchased and downloaded the upgrade for MS365 package but cannot access any of the apps such as MSWord

Wish to speak with live support.

    If you have downloaded and installed the Office apps from your Microsoft account on this link (https://account.microsoft.com/services/) what error is indicated when you try to use the Office apps on your Mac, is that an 0x0 error?
