Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hello TSS,
As a forum moderator, I am not able to call you or look up your institution's subscription directly. My role here is limited to providing general guidance you can apply from your side. The reason your earlier request was closed is that Azure and Microsoft 365 use separate support systems. Questions about this subscription need to go through Azure support instead.
Since you can already sign in to my.visualstudio.com, you may be able to get the key yourself. That portal is how administrators download software and product keys for classrooms and labs. Instructors and students can also get the software through the Azure Education Hub in the Azure portal, which may be all the instructor needs.
For reference: Set up access for Azure Dev Tools for Teaching
If you still need help, you can submit a request in one of these ways:
- Plans Support: Go to the Plans Support page for Azure Dev Tools for Teaching, find United States, and select Submit to open an online request.
- Azure support ticket: Submit a request through the Microsoft Azure support page.
These team can confirm whether the subscription is active and who the registered administrator is.
I hope this helps the instructor get set up quickly. Let me know if you need anything else.
