If this is a subscription problem, log into your Microsoft account on this link, check the expiry date listed on your subscription, is that listed correctly.

If not, go to the Billing section, is it indicated your payment has been processed correctly.

If there is a problem indicated with your subscription or payment on your Microsoft account on that link, this forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, you will need to contact Microsoft Support directly, try using this method to contact their support.

    Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

Use Microsoft Support chat or callback:

    1. Open the Get Help app in Windows, or go to Microsoft Support contact.
    2. Type Chat with an agent or Contact Support.
    3. Select Contact support.
    4. Choose the product and category that matches the issue, such as Microsoft 365 and Office.
    5. Choose Chat with a support agent in your web browser or request a call back.

If using the support site and it keeps looping, use the keywords Contact Support or Live Chat and then select Contact Support at the bottom.

For account-related issues, Microsoft also provides I need to talk to a customer support agent from the Microsoft account help page.
