    To help isolate the issue:

    When you say you cannot access your Microsoft 365 Family subscription, do you mean that you cannot sign in to the Microsoft account that the subscription is linked to?

    If so, what error message do you see each time you try to sign in? Please share the exact error message here.

    Where did you purchase the subscription, directly from Microsoft or from a third party? Is this the first time you have tried to activate the subscription?
