    Hi!

First, I need some information to be able to help.

    1. Is your email personal, corporate, or educational?
    2. Is your email from a custom domain (@yourname.com, @companyname.com), Microsoft (@outlook.com or @hotmail.com), Google (@gmail.com), or a third-party domain?
    • If it is a custom domain, what is the name of your email provider?
    1. How are you accessing this other email account (are you using Outlook, Gmail, Thunderbird, etc.)?

If the source account is in new Outlook for Windows, direct .pst mailbox import is not supported. The supported path depends on what format the old mail is in:

    1. If the old mail was exported as .eml files
      • In new Outlook, go to Settings > General > Import.
      • Select Start import.
      • In File Explorer, browse to the folder where the .eml files were saved and select Upload.
      • Choose the account and folder to import into, then select Import.
      • Each folder must be imported separately.
    2. If the old account data is in an Outlook .pst file
      • Switch from new Outlook to classic Outlook using the New Outlook toggle.
      • In classic Outlook, select File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
      • Select Import from another program or file > Next.
      • Select Outlook Data File (.pst) > Next.
      • Browse to the .pst file.
      • Choose how to handle duplicates, then select Next.
      • Select the destination mailbox or Import items into the current folder, then select Finish.
    3. If only a few messages are needed from a .pst
      • In classic Outlook, open the .pst file and drag items from that file into the current mailbox.

If the account is closing soon, export or save the mail before the account is removed so the data remains available for import.
