I'm extremely frustrated and have spent hours trying to sync my emails, but to no avail. Nothing is working.

    Greetings. Microsoft 365 is actually not an operating system. It's a set of apps. Since you have a Microsoft account, you have Outlook email, which is one of the many features of a Microsoft account. Here is your Outlook email: https://www.outlook.com

    And since you have a version of Microsoft 365 - there are several versions of Microsoft 365 - you also have a version of the Outlook app. You might have the Outlook web app (which itself comes in a Classic and a New version) or the downloadable Outlook 365 app.
