    Hi @Erin Jackson

Thank you for providing the information. As I understand it, you are encountering proxy error 2606 in OneDrive, and the issue affects only one account on the network, despite your attempts at various suggested solutions. Since other accounts on the same network are working fine, we need to determine whether the error follows the affected account or is specific to a particular device or Windows profile. You might try the following steps:

    • Sign in to the affected account via OneDrive on the web. This helps verify whether the account and OneDrive data are accessible outside of the desktop sync application.
    • Try signing in to the affected account using the OneDrive app on a different computer or Windows profile.
    • On the computer experiencing the error, try signing in with a different OneDrive account. This helps distinguish between an account-related issue and a device-related issue.
    • Click the OneDrive cloud icon, go to Settings > Account, and confirm that the correct personal, work, or school account is displayed. Microsoft notes that account mismatches can cause OneDrive sign-in errors.

If you haven't already, try resetting OneDrive and then setting up the affected account again.

-Check Windows Settings > Network & Internet > Proxy and compare the proxy settings of the problematic Windows profile with those of the working profiles. OneDrive does not support proxies requiring authentication in scenarios where the sign-in process displays the message "Your proxy settings require authentication."

-Could you also specify which solutions you have already tried so we can avoid repeating steps? Please also confirm the following:

-Does the network use a VPN, an authenticated proxy, or network security software?

-Is this a personal Microsoft account or a Microsoft 365 work/school account?

-What are your current Windows and OneDrive versions?

-Did the error start occurring after a password change, Windows update, or the use of a VPN, proxy, or security software?

I did some research and found that another user had experienced a similar issue. You could try the suggested steps below and see whether they help.
