https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/subscriptions/ is returning inactive subscriptions in the list

Hi Team,

When we execute - GET https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/subscriptions/, the list is always stale, even when we delete the subscriptions using DELETE method - https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/subscriptions/
But when we execute - https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/subscriptions/{subscription-id}, it gives 404 - resource not found error, but its showing up in the subscriptions list when executed GET method - https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/subscriptions/
