[Founders Hub] Startup account activation blocked by geo-verification - Project dong

Hi Microsoft for Startups Support Team,

My startup project "dong" is currently onboarded in Founders Hub preview. When trying to activate the $200 Azure credits, the registration failed with "You are not eligible for an Azure free account".

Issue details:

I am a Chinese developer residing in Laos. During account activation, neither China nor Laos was available in the country dropdown list. As a result, selecting another region caused a geographic mismatch with my international Visa/Mastercard credit card and local network IP, triggering an automated fraud/eligibility block.

Furthermore, accessing the dedicated support portal (aka.ms/startuphelp-mfs-portal) triggers an infinite redirect loop back to the Azure preview home page due to the lack of an active subscription, making it impossible to submit a support ticket through the portal.

Could an engineer please assist in reviewing and unblocking the Azure sponsorship subscription for project "dong"?
