    Hi Henry,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

To cancel your Visio subscription, please follow the steps below:

    1. If you are using a personal Microsoft account (Personal):
    1. If you are using a Microsoft business account (Business):

Step 1: Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center at admin.microsoft.com using an account with Global Administrator permissions.

Step 2: Select Billing > Your products, then find the Visio subscription that you want to cancel.

Step 3: On the subscription details page, select Cancel subscription.

If you still cannot find or cancel the subscription after following the steps above, please share the name of the subscription you are being charged for. I will help you determine the appropriate next steps.

If Visio does not appear in the account, the most common causes are that the subscription was purchased with a different account or through a business/work account or third-party seller.

    Try this in order:

    1. Sign in to Services & subscriptions at https://account.microsoft.com/services with every Microsoft account that might have been used for the purchase.
      • If the subscription appears, select Manage > Cancel.
      • If Turn on recurring billing appears instead of Manage, the subscription is already set to expire and no further cancellation is needed.
    2. Check whether the charge belongs to a different Microsoft account.
      • Use Manage your payments to investigate the billing charge from the Microsoft account dashboard.
    3. If this is a work or school / business Visio subscription, check the Microsoft 365 admin center.
      • Go to Billing > Your products.
      • Look for the Visio subscription.
      • If available, select the subscription and choose Cancel subscription.
      • If cancellation is no longer available, turn recurring billing Off so it expires at the end of the current term.
    4. If the subscription was bought from a third-party retailer, Google Play, or the Apple App Store, cancellation must be done with that seller, not in the Microsoft account page.
    5. If there is an overdue balance or expired payment method, pay the amount due first. A subscription cannot be canceled until overdue charges are resolved.
    6. If the charge continues and the subscription still cannot be found, use Contact Microsoft Support and choose the billing charge investigation flow.

If monthly invoices are still arriving but nothing appears under the personal Microsoft account, that strongly points to either:

    • a different Microsoft account being used, or
    • a business/work account Visio subscription.
