    Welcome Gisele M. Nadeau,

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Q&A.

To better narrow down the cause, could you please confirm whether this happens with all email messages or only with specific emails?

In the meantime, please try these quick checks:

Step 1: In New Outlook, open the affected email and press Ctrl + P. Check whether the print preview opens normally or remains greyed out.

Step 2: Try changing the zoom level in the print preview:

    • Press Ctrl + Mouse Wheel Down several times, or
    • Select a smaller zoom percentage if available.
    • This can sometimes resolve content being cut off on the right or bottom edges.

Step 3: Resize the New Outlook window before printing:

    • Restore the window if it is maximized.
    • Make the window slightly larger, then try printing again.

Step 4: If the print preview window is stuck and cannot be closed, press Alt + F4 while the preview window is active to see if it closes.

    Looking forward to your update.
