In order to expedite helpful responses please provide specific information & descriptive details, such as:

    • macOS Version Number
    • Office Version Number as well as which edition [Office 2024, Office 2021, MS 365 Subscription, Online web app, etc.]
    • Browser & Version Number
    • Web site & specific content being copied
    • Any other details you can provide

Note that any program, including Word, can Paste only what is captured by the Mac Clipboard. Does the content appear on the Clipboard after copying [in Finder go to Edit> Show Clipboard in the menu bar]?. Copying is the responsibility of the program in which the Copy command is executed – in this case, the browser being used. Further, may web sites are designed to prevent copying.
