To whom it may concern,

Hi, I'm trying to find the old email that I still remember, but I just don't remember my password and my linked email addresses that the account is attached. I'll do my best to provide any information required in order to retrieve the email back if it's possible.

Hi,

To help isolate the issue:

Just to clarify, do you mean that you have not been able to log in to this account for the past 20 years?

Since you still remember the old email address, what error message do you get when you try to log in to the account, such as “account does not exist”?

it just asks me to try and recall my old linked email which i totally forgotten hahaha i tried using the forms but it keeps requesting me to use contacts and old passwords which i dont even remember..

If none of the above tools help, as this is a public forum for fellow users like you, we do not have access to individual Microsoft accounts.

Your last option is the account recovery form. I understand that you have already used this form, but if the basic troubleshooting above did not help, this is the only way to recover the account.

If you have already used the account recovery form and received a reply stating that the information provided was insufficient, you will need to fill out the form again with any new information you remember. You can submit the form up to two times per day until you recover your account.

Helpful tips:

• Include contacts, subject lines from past emails, or any services you used, such as Skype or Xbox.

• Complete the form using a device and location you have previously used to sign in.

• Provide as much accurate information as possible.
