    Hello Info Thinkmathacademy

Since the OneDrive tray icon says Up to date, could you please confirm whether the files are actually missing from OneDrive online, or whether File Explorer only continues to display the syncing icon?

    Please try this quick test:

    1. Create a new text file inside the affected OneDrive folder.
    2. Open OneDrive from the tray and select View online.
    3. Check whether the new file appears online.
    4. Then create another test file online and check whether it appears in File Explorer.

If neither direction works, check that your Microsoft storage is not full and install the latest OneDrive version. If the issue continues, open OneDrive Settings > Account, select Unlink this PC, and then sign in again. Unlinking does not delete your cloud files, but please first confirm that any important local changes are backed up.

    Please also let us know:

    • Is this OneDrive Personal or a work/school account?
    • Are all folders affected, or only a particular folder?
    • Do newly created files appear on OneDrive.com?
    • Are there any errors under OneDrive > Help & Settings > View sync problems?

These details will help distinguish an actual synchronization failure from an incorrect File Explorer status display.

Feel free reply back to this post if you need further assistance. I'll be happy to help.
