    Dear nare,

To ensure I understand your request correctly and to support you as effectively as possible, I need more specific information from you:

    • Are you using PowerPoint on Windows, macOS, or the web?
    • What happens when you try to open it?
    • Do you receive an error message or code?
    • Does the issue affect every presentation or only one file?
    • When did the issue begin?
    • Are other Office applications, such as Word or Excel, working normally?

In the meantime, kindly try the steps outlined by AI-generated.

Your provided information will help me assist you more promptly and efficiently.
