Shared Outlook.com calendar doesn't show event details

My family members each have Outlook.com accounts (well, one Hotmail, but that shouldn't matter here) and share calendars with one another. Recently, when looking at the calendars on their devices, my wife and older son can't see any details about events, only Free/Busy/Tentative. My younger son and I have no such issue, and can see everything just fine.

Here are the calendars as seen on Outlook.com for my account and my wife's, for the same time period:

We all do most calendar editing using the iOS native calendar app, but my wife has also checked it on iOS Outlook app and my son has confirmed the same behavior on Outlook desktop. I show the Outlook.com web app since that's where any sharing controls I'm aware of live.

My gut says that this is due to some setting on my end (as the calendar owner) stored on the server, but I'm unable to find any setting that controls it on either Outlook.com or on the desktop:

What I have tried to do is "trash" their sharing, then send a new sharing invitation. This appeared to work and details were visible while the calendars re-synced, but when that finished they reverted to the bad state. I'm at a loss as to what else I can try.

So...

What is causing this problem?
Why are only half of us seeing it?
How do I fix it? Or, how do YOU fix it?
How do I prevent it from happening again?

AI Answer gave an answer about Outlook Classic not syncing correctly, but was was very unclear about whether it meant "Outlook Classic can't pull the data from the server correctly" or "Outlook Classic corrupts the data on the server". It was very verbose and I refused it.

Afterwards, I ensured Outlook Classic was NOT open on my computer and created a new event using Outlook on the Web, and it appears with full details on other calendars. Same with another event edited on the Web.

So I guess the problem is that Outlook Classic is tainting the events on the server, but only for some other users, not all.

The question is now: How do I fix all the events in my calendar, short of opening each of them on the Web and editing them so they're updated? And when can we expect a fix to Outlook Classic so that it doesn't do that?

I have the exact same problem. Calendar only showing booked times since maybe a few days ago. We're using outlook.com and the android app.

@Daniel Bender Did anything help in your case?

I did reshare as @MUSTAFA SALAH recommended and it worked for one or two minutes, then it went back to "no details", all on the Android App.

Hey, Microsoft. What did you break? The calendar sharing with full details was working and then all of a sudden about 2 days ago it only shows Free/Busy/Tentative. Not a change on the consumer's end. Please fix the backend change that broke this.

You need to reset permissions cleanly, not just re-share:

Remove all existing permissions (Calendar --> Settings --> Shared Calendars --> Remove every person --> Wait a few minutes).
Re-add everyone: Re-invite each person individually and ensure that Permission = Can view all details
On their devices: remove and re-add calendar (On each affected device)
""Remove the shared calendar completely --> Restart the app --> Re-add via the new invite"

Notes:

ensure they accept via Outlook invitation, not via URL subscription
Avoid: Accepting invites on multiple platforms (iOS + Outlook desktop + web).
Avoid: Mixing “subscribe by link” with “shared mailbox calendar"

Looks like it's a Microsoft Bug.

Since this is affecting multiple users and also happens in Outlook.com on the web, it may not be caused by a local app cache or an individual device setting.
