Urgent: Locked out of Copilot account — over a year of work projects inaccessible

I have been using Microsoft Copilot for over a year with my work email address, which is hosted by Google Workspace. Until recently, I was able to access my Copilot account and projects without any problems.

Suddenly, Copilot started requiring me to sign in. When I enter the exact same email address I have always used, Microsoft tells me that the account does not exist. My work email address is still active and working normally, and my organisation has confirmed that it does not have a Microsoft organisational account that would explain this issue.

I did not knowingly create a separate Microsoft account. However, I have confirmed that Microsoft Copilot is linked to my Google account, and I have been using it successfully for over a year.

When I try to sign in using Google, Copilot briefly loads and then automatically redirects me back to the sign-in page. I therefore cannot access my previous conversations or projects.

I am particularly concerned because these projects represent over a year of professional work. Losing access to them is causing significant disruption, wasted time and potential professional harm.

There is another problem: I cannot contact Microsoft Support through the affected account because the support process requires me to sign in with the very account Microsoft claims does not exist. This is why I am submitting this request through my personal account.

I need more than generic troubleshooting advice. Please escalate this issue to the technical team and investigate:

1. Why an email address and Google sign-in that worked for over a year are suddenly being rejected or redirected.
2. Whether my previous Copilot conversations and projects are still stored and associated with my original Google sign-in.
3. How I can regain access to my original account and recover my projects without losing my previous work.

Please provide a concrete solution or a way to contact a support agent who can investigate this issue. I urgently need access to my existing projects, not instructions to create a new account.
