Bring Microsoft rewards to Lithuania

I am writing to request that the full Microsoft Rewards App and Xbox ecosystem be properly enabled for players in Lithuania.

Currently, Microsoft Rewards is technically supported on the web here, but the Xbox Console Rewards app does not open, and we are completely locked out of earning points through console quests, daily sets, and achievement bonuses. This makes it impossible to naturally earn enough points for meaningful rewards.

Furthermore, our regional reward catalog is heavily stripped down. While players in neighboring countries like Poland or the US can use their hard-earned points to redeem Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and official Microsoft Gift Cards, players in Lithuania are stuck with a crippled version of the program that offers almost no Xbox-related rewards. For example we can only get like 50 points daily through bing searching, but there are nothing useful to redeem and collecting near 80,000 points would require years of searching just to get a 5 euro gift card on a local store.

Lithuania has a passionate, growing Xbox and PC gaming community. Please bridge this gap, open the Xbox Rewards app for our region, and give Lithuanian players the exact same earning opportunities and catalog choices as the rest of the world.

    Thank you for sharing this detailed feedback. I understand why it feels unfair when Microsoft Rewards is available in Lithuania, but Xbox earning activities and useful redemption options remain much more limited than in other regions.

    Rewards offers, Xbox activities, and redemption catalogs can vary by country or region. Unfortunately, this is a user-to-user support forum, so moderators cannot enable these services or provide a timeline for their expansion.
