    Hi JACOB THOMPSON,

I understand how confusing it can be when you previously used Sign in with Google and are now unsure which account holds your Copilot history.

Please sign out of Copilot completely, open an InPrivate or Incognito window, and select Sign in with Google again using the same Google account. After signing in, check the profile information and open the sidebar to see whether your previous conversations appear.

Could you also confirm whether Sign in with Google still signs you in successfully and whether Copilot shows a Google address or a Microsoft account in the profile? Please do not post the full email address publicly.

If you have other Microsoft accounts, you can test each one separately in an InPrivate window. Copilot history is associated with the account used when the conversations were created, so it will not appear under a different signed-in account.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors cannot access account-linking details or Copilot history from the back end.

While my initial response may not fully resolve the issue, I truly appreciate your cooperation as we work together toward identifying the most effective solution. Thank you so much for your understanding.
