    If you're sending the PC back, you should ask the seller what they expect you to do. Remove your personal files of course, but after that you should do what the seller wants if you want to get a full refund.

    Welcome to the Microsoft Windows Community.

    Good evening, @Tim Wildrick . The procedure is simple:

    1. If you are using a laptop, connect the charger.

    2. Press Win+i -> System -> Recovery.

    3. Reset this PC -> Remove everything.

    That should work.
