Does anyone know definitively if Access comes with a 365 Family subscription?

Online, search results indicate that Access comes with a 365 Family subscription, but trying to find any evidence that Microsoft even has Access any more is tough, let alone see how to qualify for it without paying $180, let alone trying to get any help from Microsoft.

    Yes: Access is included in Microsoft 365 Family if you're installing it on a PC.

    The way Microsoft goes about describing this is ... let's say odd. Open Welcome to Microsoft 365 for Individuals and scroll down the page ... scroll more ... keep scrolling ... and you'll see it included and described as "Access (PC only)".
