Hi Glen,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Microsoft Teams Essentials is a subscription designed for business accounts.

To cancel this subscription, you need to use the Global Administrator account that Microsoft provided to you via email when you signed up for the service. You can then use this account to access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and cancel the subscription.

A business account usually has a format similar to the following: ******@xxx.onmicrosoft.com

If you do not remember this account, you can search your email inbox using the keyword “.onmicrosoft.com” to find related emails.

Once you have identified the account, use it to sign in at admin.microsoft.com.

Then, follow these steps:

Go to Billing > Your products.

Select your Microsoft Teams Essentials subscription.

On the subscription management page, select Cancel subscription to proceed with the cancellation.

If you are unable to find your Global Administrator account, please let me know. I will continue to assist you.

If the answer is helpful, please click "Yes" and kindly upvote it.
