How to cancel subscription I no longer can access?

How can I cancel an account subscription that I am being charged for but cannot access because I no longer use it, cannot remember the user name, password or phone number for it?

    Honestly, if you don't remember your username, password or even phone number associate with the account, I don't think anyone can help you.

    The most effective way is probably to contact your bank, and cancel the card, and if they give you a new card, make sure you tell them to stop the automatic card updater service, otherwise charges can automatically carry over to the new card.
