my task bar doesnt show up at all when any tab is open

i have a hp 255R G10 as my school given computer. My taskbar does not pop up when any tab is open. I have unchecked the hide taskbar, restarted my system. Re checked the hide my task bar, and restarted it again. it just doesnt work. and It pops up just fine when no tabs are open. is there a way to fix this problem?

    Hi, since changing auto-hide and restarting haven’t helped, please check whether OMEN Gaming Hub is running:

    Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc >> Processes >> look for OMEN Gaming Hub >> right-click it >> End task. Then check the taskbar while your browser is still open.

    If OMEN isn’t listed, let me know whether the taskbar also disappears when you open and maximize File Explorer, or only in your browser.
