Singing my app - Microsoft Authenticator issue

Hello

I can't authenticate my app because I'm in sone stupid Microsoft loop. I have validated by identify but no matter what I do I cannot get it to connect to Microsoft Authenicator.

The QR code cannot be scanned by Authenticator and it prompts for name and secret key rather then let me scan the QR code from the app. Doesn't work from the Android camera either. Infuriating.
