How do I download the Access App?

I have used Microsoft Office for many years and have previously used Access, but not recently. I now need to use Access in my work and cannot find the app as an option to download. How do I find the app to download?

    Install Access through the Microsoft 365 Apps installer on your Windows PC; Access normally is not offered as a separate download when it is included with your subscription.

    Download and install Access

    1. Go to https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps.
    2. Sign in with the Microsoft account or work/school account associated with your Office license.
    3. Select Install apps in the upper-right corner.
    4. Select Microsoft 365 apps.
    5. Run the downloaded setup file and approve the User Account Control prompt.

    Before trying to download Access, the first thing to determine is which Microsoft 365 subscription or Office license you currently have, because Microsoft Access is not included with every Office product or Microsoft 365 plan. Microsoft states that Access is included with subscriptions such as Microsoft 365 Personal, Microsoft 365 Family, Microsoft 365 Business Standard, Microsoft 365 Business Premium, and Microsoft 365 Apps for business.

    • Whether you're using a personal Microsoft account or a work/school account?
