    Hi himal kc,

    Thanks for explaining what happens.

From your description, this sounds like a built-in feature of the NumberPad rather than a problem. On this model, swiping from the three-dot icon in the upper-left corner of the touchpad can open Calculator, while tapping that icon adjusts the NumberPad brightness. That may also explain why the NumberPad lights up during the gesture even when it was previously off.

Just to make sure everything is working normally, does Calculator open only when you swipe from that corner or does it also happen during regular touchpad use? Are you able to turn the NumberPad off again by pressing and holding its icon in the upper-right corner?

If it only happens when swiping from the three-dot area, it is likely working as designed. I’m not aware of a built-in option to replace that shortcut with another feature, but you can check MyASUS > Device Settings for any available Touchpad, NumberPad or Smart Gesture controls. The options can vary depending on the model and installed software.

Please let me know what happens during normal touchpad use and I’ll help you narrow it down further.
