Windows 11 for Russia

Download the Russian-language Windows 11 ISO through Microsoft’s Windows 11 download page if it is accessible; if access is blocked in Russia, request a newly generated temporary Microsoft-server link rather than using an older link.

Standard download method

1. Open the Download Windows 11 page.
2. Either:
   • Use the ISO download option and select Russian when language selection is offered, or
   • Under Create Windows 11 Installation Media, select Download Now, run MediaCreationTool.exe, and choose the ISO-file option.
