That will help me identify the exact layout, as the menu-bar setting mentioned earlier may not affect those buttons.

The icons are on my desktop wall paper in bing. They come up with the bing start page. Bing is my startup in the morning, not my desktop necessarily. I know this may not be helpful!

Hi! If these links appear in Bing’s top menu, click the ☰ menu in the upper-right corner >> Customize your homepage >> turn off Show menu bar. This hides the top menu.
