Hi,

I am facing an issue on my OneDrive account, which I need to solve in order to save my documents. I do not have access to them anymore due to this problem. Here follows the diagnostic:

Tenant: 0g308.onmicrosoft.com

Problema:

Não consigo acessar SharePoint Online nem OneDrive for Business.

As seguintes URLs redirecionam automaticamente para:

PolicyViolationThrottle.htm#1046 (I did not receive any flag and my account was absolutely normal before the problem)

URLs afetadas:

https://[Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed] .sharepoint.com

https://[Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed] -admin.sharepoint.com

https://[Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed] -my.sharepoint.com

Diagnóstico realizado:

  • DNS funcional
  • Microsoft Graph funcional
  • Entra ID funcional
  • Microsoft 365 Admin Center funcional
  • Licença DEVELOPERPACK_E5 atribuída ao usuário
  • SHAREPOINTENTERPRISE = Success
  • SHAREPOINTWAC = Success

Comandos Graph executados:

Get-MgOrganization -> sucesso

Get-MgDomain -> sucesso

Falhas:

Get-MgSite -SiteId root

-> TaskCanceledException

Invoke-MgGraphRequest para recursos SharePoint

-> falha

Gostaria de verificação do provisionamento e do estado do SharePoint Online do tenant.

Thanks in advance.

    I’ll reply in English, as your original post is partly written in English.

    Hi @LENO VICTOR

    Based on my research, your issue may be related to a tenant-level restriction. According to Microsoft's guidance in This page has been blocked for violating the acceptable usage policy - SharePoint, I recommend contacting Microsoft Support through the SharePoint Acceptable Use Policy support option in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

    Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Community contributors do not have access to Microsoft's internal systems, so I cannot inspect your tenant's provisioning status, remove restrictions, or escalate cases internally.

    If you have a Microsoft 365 subscription enabled and hold the Global Administrator role, you can submit a support request directly through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. If not, please contact your IT administrator to submit a support ticket on your behalf.

    For more information, see Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

    I hope this helps you find the appropriate support channel and regain access to your documents.
