I am trying to open a support ticket with microsoft per incident, any time I log into aka.ms/prosupport with different accounts and systems like mobile devices, chrome books, laptops that are personal devices the page is like stuck loading in an infinit loop, i hear others have the same problem but no one knows how to fix it. Tried calling Microsoft for assistance but the IVR just put you in a loop to go to aka.ms/prosupport then hangs up. The blue dots just flash if I leave my browser open for an hour it stays the same. Tried inprivate mode for edge and icognito mode for chrome also and nothing works.

    Hi, D Boudreau

The screenshot confirms that the sign-in completes, but the Microsoft Engage Center home page cannot load the account’s workspace. Since the same behavior occurs across several devices and browsers, this is more likely an account-routing or portal-side issue than a browser problem.

Here are some suggestions you can try:

If you are signing in with a personal Microsoft account, use this dedicated Engage Center sign-in link. It uses the correct authentication route for personal accounts.

Allow cookies, including third-party cookies, for engagecenter.microsoft.com, login.live.com, and login.microsoftonline.com, then sign in at login.live.com first and reopen the dedicated link in a new tab. Authentication loops can occur when cookies are not shared between these domains.

If you have a work or school account connected to the support purchase, try that account instead. Engage Center primarily supports Microsoft Entra work or school accounts and invited guest accounts.

If the page still hangs, use Contact Microsoft Support, select Get Help, and request assistance with “Professional Support pay-per-incident portal access.” Include the screenshot and mention that the issue occurs on multiple networks and devices.
