A family of Microsoft relational database management systems designed for ease of use.
Dear Lawrence,
As a forum moderator, I am not able to check your license or move it to a new account. My role here is limited to providing general guidance you can apply from your side.
When Access was first activated, the product key became linked to your old account, and a key can only be redeemed once. Because that account was closed more than 60 days ago and can no longer be reopened, I'm afraid moving the licence to your new account may not be possible. I wish I had better news for you on this one. That said, it's still worth asking Microsoft to review your situation directly. You can reach them through the official Microsoft support website by selecting “Personal Account” > “Billing & Payments” and following the prompts to chat or request a callback.
1.Go to Contact Us - Microsoft Support in a browser
2.Choose Microsoft 365 > Get Home support
3.Enter Office or your issue in general in the box below "We're here to help" then click "Get Help"
4.Scroll down and click on Contact Support then log in to your personal Microsoft account. If the account cannot be logged in, you can use another account or create a new account to execute
5.Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" in Products & Services, select "Technical Support" as a category, and click Confirm
6.Select "Chat in a web browser and support specialist" to enter the chat window
I hope this helps. Wising you all the best.
