I just noticed (received billing email) that I have 2 different Family accounts. Each account are under 2 different accounts from 2 different computers. How do I remove I account to save $$$$.

Thank you

Jim

    Hi, @James Phillips

Have you already signed in to both Microsoft accounts separately at https://account.microsoft.com/services to confirm which one has each Microsoft 365 Family subscription?

If you have two separate Microsoft 365 Family subscriptions, you can cancel the one you no longer want:

    • Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services using the account linked to the subscription you want to cancel.
    • Find "Microsoft 365 Family" and select "Manage."
    • Select "Cancel subscription" or turn off recurring billing, depending on what is shown.

Also check https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders under each account and adjust the date range if needed to confirm which account was billed.

Before cancelling, make sure the subscription you are keeping is the one you want to use going forward. The two Microsoft accounts and subscriptions cannot be merged.

If you are unsure which one to cancel, what renewal date is shown for Microsoft 365 Family under each account?

    Thanks!
